Playing Catch Up

After having technical issues this past week I'm finally getting some posts up however all at once. Not ideal but at least I got it done after feeling frustrated enough to throw my laptop against the wall. 

First up I insisted this fun card for a friends baby shower. I used some paper from her invite envelope and a letterpress owl from another cardboard. Love how simple it was (took me under 10 minutes) and its still fun and modern just like the mommy to be. 

Then I finished this hot air balloon decor piece. I striped off the original paper and replaced it with fabric selvage edges. Now this gorgeous piece is hanging in my craft shack. For peeks into my craft room check out the previous post.
